A landscape image entirely composed of deep blue waves that ripple with shades darkening to the right and bottom of the photo. Hundreds of sparkling bursts of light are sprinkled randomly throughout slightly more concentrated on the left. Several of the individual bursts resemble the sun with rays of light extending from their round center points.
“Animation”
A landscape image captures a depth filled cloudscape with illuminated billowy clouds at the top of the photo. Interspersed with patches and layers of blue sky, the clouds become a bit more gray and blurry near the bottom with varying textures and waves of light. In the bottom right, an opening into blue sky resembles a heart.
“Hopening”
A portrait image captures a close up of an open and blossoming tulip. The red petals round and roll from their yellow center and extend beyond the photo’s edges; several fuzzy yellow stamen are pictured in sharp detail. The green background is out of focus yet still reveals a blurred green stem at the bottom center.
“Joy”
A portrait image captures a deep orange silhouetted angel figure that appears rounded and blurred in depths of light and shadow. From the bottom center, a single candle flame extends upward illuminating a heart opening in the angel; the light creates a distinct yellow outline around the heart that blends into the orange tones around it.
“Trust”
A landscape image fully contains the textures of a sandy stone wall; the left side of the wall holds dark shadows accenting jagged edges. The rest of the photo is immersed in sunlight and reveals bumps on the wall’s surface that are boxy and knobby yet suggest the hint of a heart shape slightly to the right of the photo’s center. A small, imperfect diagonal opening into blue sky lies between the shadow and light.
“Inextricably United”
A portrait image captures a landscape featuring a series of textured layers. Predominantly blues, whites, off-whites and grays, a thin blue mountain range silhouette divides the textures slightly over the mid-horizon of the photo. Above, bright and billowing poofy clouds blend with blue accents from the sky. Below the mountains, granular waves ripple the foreground with shadows that suggest movement or changing depths in the surface which seems like it could be sand though it is snow.
“Dream”
A close up landscape image captures an illuminated lotus blossom. The flower’s opening emerges from just to the left of center near the bottom of the image; petals reach diagonally with varying shades of pale yellow and arc almost like a fan against a blurred green background. Several bright yellow stamen accent the inside of the flower.
“Hope”
A close up landscape image contains the mid and upper sections of shafts of wheat. The plants appear in golden yellow and vibrant green with varying degrees of focus, depth, and shadow. In the foreground, several spikes are in sharp focus revealing details of the florets.
“Receive”
A portrait photo captures a wooden arbor framing the left, top, and right of the image as a white stone path begins at the bottom and veers left. Throughout, green bushes and lush gardens are sprinkled with flowers. A red tulip, some yellow dandelions, purple clusters. A person is noticeable behind one of the arbor pillars in the distance of the garden. Colorful triangular flags are hung at an angle between the arbor’s sides; the arbor is captured at a slight angle as well contributing to a sense of shifting shapes. A small Buddha statue rests in the bottom right
“Enter at Your Own Bliss”
A close up portrait image captures a close up of a dandelion that has gone to seed. The round shape of the dandelion increases in clarity as it moves toward the center extending beyond the photo on each side. It pops off a blurred green palette with the hint of a stem below it. In the center of the photograph, a collection of about a dozen seeds are in sharp focus with thin lines of fluff bursting like sun rays from the concentrated white centers. The white fluffy lines overlap one another in places creating an abstract pattern through which the green palette provides a contrast.
